No. We design each website to your exact needs. However, we have developed a large amount of experience & knowledge over the years. Because of this we reuse certain components between clients because we know it will get you the best results, not because it’s easier.

Our plans include everything to design, build, launch, and maintain a website on the Internet. You’ll only pay your quoted monthly rate. If you are on a cheaper plan and want to exceed the plans limits on changes then we can either upgrade you to the next tier, or alternatively we can give you a quote for one off changes. The quote amount will depend upon the nature of your request but we always aim to please our clients.

No. We guarantee your monthly rate will stay the same for a minimum of two years and that no-one will be getting the same deal for less than you.

Every website is different but on average we have a beta version of the website completed within 6 to 8 weeks. The speed that we can complete your website will depend in large part on how quickly you can supply all necessary text. Roughly 1 month after the beta version for a standard website and around 2 months for an ecommerce website

We use Stripe as our payment gateway and can accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for monthly plans.

Yes. You can always move up to a higher tier plan if your needs increase. You can also move to a lower tier plan if your needs become less. If you’re unsure of what your needs are, we recommend starting off on a lower tier plan.

We transfer ownership rights for the website design to you when the two year commitment is fulfilled. There are core programming elements we retain ownership of. We provide you a non-exclusive, lifetime license to use these elements to operate your website.

An update request is a technical change to your website. This could mean for example adding customer reviews to a web page or adding team photos to your About Us page. If you need to change something on your website that does not require a developer, such as editing a bit of text then this will be your responsibility.
